  • Reverse Engineering

    With the help of our 3D scanner, we can create an accurate digital replica of any part. The scanner generates a point cloud of the part’s precise geometry and texture. We can then reconstruct this point cloud into a traditional CAD model, enabling further design and manufacturing processes. This technology allows us to reproduce parts or customize existing components.

  • 3D Printing

    With the help of our 3D printers, we can produce custom prototype products of any geometry without the high costs of tooling. Our FDM printers are capable of manufacturing parts from PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, TPU, and even carbon-reinforced plastic.

  • Design and Dimensioning

    We provide assistance in designing, selecting materials, and dimensioning custom composite parts. During the design process, we consider customer requirements and functional needs and can offer suggestions for various development ideas. Dimensioning is performed both analytically and using software, while also incorporating our practical experience in composite materials.

  • Composite Tooling

    The production of composite parts requires appropriate tools and molds. Leveraging our expertise in this field, we can assist in the tooling of any composite component. During the tooling design phase, we consider the geometry, material, and manufacturing process to achieve the best and most cost-effective results.

  • Tool Manufacturing

    In addition to designing tools for composite parts, we also manufacture them. We take into account the part’s geometry, material, required quantity, and production process to create efficient and precise tools. Throughout the tool manufacturing process, we assist in material selection and choosing the appropriate manufacturing technology.

  • Part Manufacturing

    Beyond designing and tooling, we also handle the actual production of parts. We can manufacture composite elements using wet technology or prepreg processes, adapting to nearly any thermosetting polymer composite material based on client needs and design requirements. The accuracy of our parts is ensured by our available CNC technologies.
